We have open sourced SlimEra, a slim Win32 reference implementation of select ERA OS DLLs that we use as a base for our ERA implementation

everyone knows win32 is the most stable userspace linux abi

oh this looks like it could be fun

win32, the stable Linux abi
Also like sometimes Proton is just the actual fastest version of the game bar none. Like the native Linux build is slower because of differences in engine runtimes. So you have devs developing on Linux, then building a Windows build to upload to Steam so players also on Linux can play it.
Microsoft losing the plot to the extent that games running on Linux through a compatibility layer are now not only faster but *assumed to be faster* than games running natively on Windows should be an even bigger story than it already is

the life choices that led to "tokio on x86 win32 under wine in macos on apple silicon" shall not be re-examined

it's really funny that linux is de-facto converging on win32 api as its first universal ABI format

I had an AI criticize my UI and it said “it’s giving win32” - we have reached AGI.

I found a box full of old CDs, including one labelled "Documents - September 2000". In the C++ folder I found a stratego.exe binary that still runs. It has multiplayer? I wrote this?

"Win32 is the stable Linux ABI" is, incredibly, a concept that predates both Win32 and Linux

All I did was get rid of useless folders. Like /win32. This is a 64 bit pc, we don't need this.
