Like you can argue it's winmore very convincingly, but I think nonfunctional is such a "I'm just a little guy" argument that I haaaaate when people do for their annoying deck

When i'm respawning in video games i'll usually take a quick lil hit. So if i'm not dying i'm also not getting high. This is known as a 'pyrrhic winmore mechanic'

we could probably have Ra with some of the worse support card as a standalone deck in S3
the issue with slifer is that its actually a good floodgate

Heh. I remember using this in GOAT format for my Water deck. It's a winmore card, but when you got it out, your opponent was not coming back from it. It's essentially a water chaos emperor dragon.

i've always felt that old gg has more winmore mechanics than i really prefer but on that scale i think risc is one of the most interesting ones since it does vary a lot based on character dynamics (like i've never seen any gg character go for throw loops as much as slayer even tho i can't block him)

Today's #NRFormat deck tries to use King's Synchro to powerful effect. Cheat out huge synchros that NR normally cant or has trouble making. Majestic Star for a sudden board wipe, Cronicle to recycle them. The spells are kind of winmore but theyre fun :) #NRMD #yugioh #MasterDuel
