Finally found a useful feature of #WindowsTerminal - I changed the setting yesterday to open windows from previous session and it keeps the previous output too which you may need. This was after logoff/logon

TIL (completely by accident) if you hold down Shift+Ctrl and scroll the mouse wheel over #WindowsTerminal that will increase or decrease the opacity. I probably won't remember this as I don't use this feature of Windows Terminal, but it is handy should you want to use it.

That said, I do want to recognize that #WindowsTerminal is quite nice these days. Has tabs, split panes, supports different shells, is customizable via a JSON file, is open source under MIT license. It's not cross-platform, though, and is missing some of the more niche features of Tabby for sure.
