I ran winetricks to fix a broken wine setup and was puzzled to see my own username in a URL. Then remembered: in 2015 I mirrored the windows corefonts bc sourceforge broke the URLs (end of https://push.cx/installing-you-need-a-budget-ynab-on-arch-linux). Now winetricks uses my mirror. :) (bug #2142)

in my continuing quest to get this game to work: I need to use winetricks to install several things

I got CSP running on Linux Mint! You need the development version of Wine (10.12), since that ver. fixes a bug that was in Wine 10. After that you install the VC++ 2019 runtime with Winetricks (winetricks -q vcrun2019). Also, make sure that you're running CSP in Windows 7 mode in winecfg.

For anyone playing Final Fantasy XI (not XIV) on Linux using Windower, they recently updated to use an updated version of .NET framework. You'll need to manually add dotnet4.8 with winetricks. #ffxi #linuxgaming

linux build would be based but test it on proton as well, that usually takes care of 90% of games.

has someone updated winetricks to remove the 32-bit installer on 64-bit prefix warning since .NET 4.8 is downloaded as x64 on such systems lol

yeah think im still gonna just continue giving up on gtk4
only thing i have that uses it is winetricks (via zenity) and i dont look at the winetricks gui enough to go out of my way to try to theme it
