Steve Witkoff helped Russia derail Ukraine’s access to Tomahawk missiles. He tipped off the Kremlin about Zelensky’s U.S. visit, giving Moscow time to arrange a call that convinced Trump to block the deal. Witkoff actively works against Ukraine’s defense, in coordination with Putin’s regime.

The Guardian already found russianisms and an unusual amount of passive voice, which barely shows up in real English writing.

Yes, this is the proximate problem of Witkoffgate. BUT, the even greater problem is Witkoff’s boss, the U.S. president, is either complicit on behalf of Russia or is so dangerously incompetent and out-of-touch he doesn’t know what is being done by his own administration.
Witkoff is not buying the Russian narrative. He is selling it.
