How it works. A stablecoin issuer takes in a dollar for every coin, parks the dollars in Treasurys and keeps the interest. The more coins sit idle on an exchange, the more it earns. A Trump family company owns about 38% of WLF and collects 75% of its token sales, Forbes reports.
