Photo shows the cap of a wood blewit mushroom from above. The sunlight is illuminating the purple cap and it looks beautiful. At the edge of the cap closest to us is a folded defect that resembles a 'camel-toe'! Photo shows the same mushroom but from the side, with the camera low down and level with the gills. The fir needles all over the floor are visible as are trees and grass in the background. The gills of the mushroom are a purply-cream colour, the top is still visibly purple, and the stem is pale and shaggy looking.
