I actually got WordPerfect running on Linux, but the version is 32-bit, and not very convenient for our 64-bit world. I was always biased towards WordPerfect because I grew up in Orem, UT.

I'm still using WordPerfect, last updated in 2021, and they will have to pry it from my cold dead typing hands.

I hate a world where I have to sign into my word processor.
WordPerfect would never!
Anyone have any informed insight on why EVERYFUCKINGTHING is being ridiculously difficult to use? I've just had to TRY to sign into MS WORD, four times, unsuccessfully, when I own 3 active, paid subscriptions or licenses. (And sign in info is maintained in a password manager.) Ditto,Disney & Netflix

Microsoft Word and WordPerfect replaced a hell of a lot of stenographers and typists and secretaries in the 1980’s. But we survived to tell the tale.
