I also have to remind people that the Worldsoul plot didn’t start in TWW, or Dragonflight, or even Legion — it started in MoP, directly from the mouth of Wrathion.
It will be crazy to me if he doesn’t matter in the Worldsoul Saga, after being such a big part of its first story.

To be honest one of my other gripes is that for a 'worldsoul saga', it doesn't.. really involve the worldsoul all that much.
Most of the actual worldsoul stuff, VERY important stuff, is locked behind weekly SIDE CONTENT, when it should be MSQ (Archaedas logs, Harandar histories etc.)

This has definitely been a frustrating trend in TWW, laid out perfectly here.
Despite the grand scope of the Worldsoul Saga, we've gotten less main story than ever before (WoD aside) during TWW, and I really can't fathom why.

Don't get me wrong, I'm super pumped for Legion Remix
But I couldn't help but notice it was the third X.X.5 patch in a row with no actual permanent story quests.
This scares me.

World of Warcraft: The War Within Patch 11.2.5 May Confirm Every Lore Fan's Worst Fear
World of Warcraft Patch 11.2.5 looks great, but for fans of the game's lore, one of their worst nightmares has seemingly become a reality within it.

Sethrak have invented other ways to reach the War Within/Worldsoul Saga. Is it effective?

we simply couldnt squeeze a new race into the worldsoul saga, there was no time... simply no options or room

The complete absence of the Dragonflights so far in the Worldsoul Saga has really been so weird to me.
I’m positive they’ll show up in TLT, but it’s baffling that the Aspects have sat out on two world ending threats *immediately* after regaining their powers.

I totally forgot that Magni had Azerite Earthen at his disposal in BfA, I wonder how these factor into the whole Worldsoul/Thraegar stuff lol

Obviously it's just a crackpot theory, she could just be an Azshara-equivalent mortal, or something directly from the Void.
But I think the idea of her being the remnants of a Worldsoul feel really fitting for her overarching role as our main antagonist in the Worldsoul Saga.

Maybe the Infinites will finally acknowledge the fact that Icecrown Citadel is directly connected to the Worldsoul, because nobody else in the game ever has lmao

Tangentially related to this article, looking through Locus-Walker's dialogue made me think about Xal'atath and why we're doing Ethereal story *now* instead of in Midnight.
So, total crackpot theory... what if *she* is the fallen Worldsoul of K'aresh?
