Yeah Aurora is what they are calling there new image generation (diffusion model) and it’s trained on the wxcommunity as well as everything else on Twitter pics wise. For training ai x.com has a ton of high quality data.

Ok so the wx watchers feed has too many bots in it, just not showing me information I care about - if someone creates a #wxcommunity feed like the oceanography one - let me know! That is my favorite feed right now.

Third, the National Hurricane Center has been remarkably consistent and accurate with their forecasts. That some in the wxcommunity want to jump the gun days in advance based on limited attention grabbing data is their own undoing. Ex: Accuwx putting out a 7 day forecast track on a “rainstorm” 🙄

Can i get added on that list as well? Glad to see the wxcommunity finally moving here
