on the topic of xc2 crits it's infinitely funny to me that the hard coded nerf to repeated crits on kaizo mode just doesn't apply if your crit rate exceeds 100% because of how the code is written. you can just ignore the penalty on blades like fiora or elma lmao.

That's true, but afaik Monolith helped with those due to the open world since they had experience with XC1, X and later on also XC2. And because OoT is relatively faithful to the original by the looks of it in terms of areas, this knowledge of creating an open world was not really needed.

Nice job! I’m at the final dungeon and this remake is so good!
Like it’s fateful with some changes in the level design. And is an overall amazing game that I hope majora’s mask gets remade like this and NOT 3D. That being said this is my game of the year. Would say XC2, but its not a new game. :V
