Accidentally didn't get out of bed for three hours this morning because when I checked my emails, someone was commenting on my Xanatowen fics, so I reread them

It might just be recency bias-as in, I do believe my writing improves over time & with more experience-but my personal favorites of my fics are probably:

And yes I ship them, although it's very complicated, and the fic I've been writing in my head for ~3 years is just.....way too long to actually deal with. They have a total of 5 fics on AO3, so, y'know. One less than when I kicked off a fresh wave of Xanatowen I guess

As a writer, you don't NEED feedback to continue creating. I've written for fandoms (gargoyles, xanatowen) where I literally thought one person might read my fics. One. I was fine with that. Because I loved the characters and the stories and I felt really inspired to get all those words out.
