Standing making my hubby’s lunch for work when it got me thinking ‘I wonder how many folk will be going to work tomorrow with turkey sandwiches 🤔 🤣 #xmasleftovers

Leftover turkey from Xmas was used in these deep puff pastry tarts - each tart was filled with a layer of cream cheese, then chopped cooked turkey, then some with cranberry sauce and others with caramelised onion. Good hot or cold, they were yum!
