My thoughts about 2XKO is that Handshake Tag is "The Mechanic" similar to YRC in Xrd, and every balancing and system decision needs to made with that in mind.

Xrd is a little lucky in that YRC is gated by meter, and overuse presents a lose state. Handshake doesn't have that.

There are some incredibly powerful YRC tools, such as Zwei YRC or VCL YRC, but this is more of an issue of the special it's tied to than the YRC mechanic in my opinion. After all, no one complains about Helter Skelter YRC despite it acting very similarly. Turns out Johnny's just bullshit!
