Digging through old, old art and found a Youmu I still like quite a bit #touhou #youmukonpaku
Youmu Konpaku painted in blocky lines and colors marches staunchly up invisible stairs with her katana drawn, her half-phantom cloud following over her shoulder. Her frilled dress is splayed outward and the look on her face is determined. This version of Youmu sports short curly hair, instead of the original straight short hime-like cut.

I know #HongMeiling is the gatekeeper for the Scarlet Devil Mansion, but I HC that she also does some grounds keeping too, like #YoumuKonpaku does for Hakugyokurou
#Touhou #東方Project #紅美鈴 #魂魄妖夢 #fanart
Touhou Project fanart. Youmu and Meiling kneeling next to a hole in the dirt. Meiling is holding an un-potted sunflower above the hole while Youmu has a hand shovel in one hand and is gesturing for Meiling to lower the sunflower into the hole.

Youmu Endures a Crushing Defeat
Commissioned by TinSheet
The scenario was: Youmu developing a crush on Tenshi after being defeated by her. I think it's cute~
#Touhou #東方Project #YoumuKonpaku #TenshiHinanawi #魂魄妖夢 #比那名居天子 #fanart
Touhou project fan comic. Youmu crouches one knee, slumped against her sword embedded into the ground, clearly defeated. In the background stands Tenshi, backlit by the sun as she looks off screen towards the horizon. Youmu watches Tenshi with awe, her cheeks reddening into a bright blush.

several original artworks of youmu from the touhou project wearing pants instead of a skirt, doing some dynamic poses. theres a trans flag and a male symbol pointing at him, and the text YOUMU (but transmasc) is written to the side. theres a little chibi yuyuko in the top left with the label "supportive yuyuko"

regardless, heres a small collection of youmu (and yuyuko) drawings i've made

digital art of youmu konpaku from touhou 7: perfect cherry blossom. she is drawn with "chibi" proportions. her pose is based off her portrait art for the same game. this was drawn to match with a chibi yuyuko saigyouji i drew last year around the same time #art #touhouart #digitalart #東方 #東方プロジェクト #youmukonpaku #chibi digital art of yuyuko saigyouji and youmu konpaku from touhou project 7: perfect cherry blossom. they are both at the beach wearing swimsuits. yuyuko is in the front view holding a popsicle and a bowl of neopolitain ice cream as she smiles. she is wearing a cherry blossom themed bikini with a see through shirt and a skirt wrap around her waist. youmu is in the background struggling to carry 2 woven basket styled bags. the beach background was painted digitally by me as well. (which is why its ass lmao) #touhouart #touhouproject #東方 #東方プロジェクト #yuyukosaigyouji #youmukonpaku #art #digitalart #illustration #artsky digital meme art of yuyuko saigyouji and youmu konpaku from touhou project 7: imperishable night. yuyuko is a low quality png of a felt plushie as theres a speech bubble above her head that says "ah! so sorry!". youmu is looking down at her with a happily surprised expression on her face. the original has wriggle nightbug instead of youmu and yuyuko #touhouart #fanart #touhouproject #yuyukosaigyouji #youmukonpaku #memeart #shitpost #東方 #東方プロジェクト #art #digitalart #illustration

"Prove that you have nothing left to lose." 📱☂️

#touhou | #youmukonpaku | #sumirekousami | #yukariyakumo | #3d
Youmu is confronted by Sumireko Usami. "I need TORIFUNE's data, Sumireko," Youmu explains. "It harbors infinite knowledge. Power. If I have to go through you..." Sumireko sighs. "Oomfie... you're half-human. With a -sword-. Chat knows that I'm cooked if I handicap myself..." "But," she continues throwing off her cape, "you're a half-phantom youkai in the Outside World. That puts us humans at risk. So, the cheat codes are on." With a specter of Yukari Yakumo summoned, Sumireko finishes, saying: "If you want to throw your life away for TORIFUNE, then prove that you have nothing left to lose."

#touhou | #youmukonpaku | #alicemargatroid | #東方project
Alice fixes her hair. "...So I suppose your conversation with Sakuya didn't go as planned, huh?" Youmu, entering the frame with knives in her body, retorts "If you have something to say, then say it while I'm still -alive-, doll-freak." Alice responds clearly. "You wanna know what I think? Fine. Your desire for power is swallowing you beyond your soul." "It is an insolent flame, Youmu. It can keep you warm. It can also -burn you alive-. Keep your candles close."

"So speak."

#touhou | #youmukonpaku | #sakuyaizayoi | #東方Project
Youmu reaches the Scarlet Devil Mansion interior, and encounters Sakuya Izayoi. "...This doesn't concern you, maid. Stand aside. I'm here to see the vampire." Sakuya seems to be unbothered by the phantom herself, only her request. "Ah. You... you're unusually uncouth today. Nevertheless, it is my duty to remind you..." Brandishing her knives, her very essence dims the room. Her follow-up is curt: "As the mistress is not accepting any visitors, you speak to me and -only- to me." "So speak. Or I will walk you like the dog you are."
