We typically use the first two syllables of the characters names (ie KasuAri, YukiLisa, TomoSaki), so AraNono or NonoAra in this case

its the insistence on the sleepy kiss the anime plays off as a gag is on the same level as like, kasuari, yukilisa, sayotsugu, parechu or tokorui that gets me! you have many good Old Era Bandori ships that have plenty of suggestions towards being canon and your argument hinges on a trope-y gag? lol
