#TavQOTD I haven’t fully fleshed out #Yulies who is my durge but I would imagine she regards him as an old friend. I want to say in a sense she considered him a worthy rival during their alliance, and when she betrays him it wasn’t personal, but just that he was “in the way” of her potential.

#homebrew: The first of many to come, the Wondrous Portal of Potions is releasing its first: Carrot Juice. This potion grants you enhanced speed via a magical sugar rush, but be warned that its effects will wear off, and then some. #dnd #5e

This potion’s flask takes on the form of a common garden carrot, with a small metal stopper corking the bottle. The contents of the bottle smell sickly sweet, with a strange hint of common spices, and can come in a variety of colors from orange, purple, white and yellow. The inevitable sugar rush (and sugar crash) reminds bypassers of a small child inhaling their first sweet roll, and the chaos it brought.

Carrot Juice
Wondrous Item (Consumable), Uncommon

When you drink this potion, your base walking speed increases by 10 feet for 1d4 minutes. When this duration ends, your base walking speed is reduced by 5 feet for the same duration. At the end of this second duration, your movement speed returns to normal.

The Prank Turned Into Potion

This potion is a small portion of the Wondrous Portal of Potions compendium, #1 of 100. Developed by Yulies Everheart, the Wondrous Portal of Potions is a portable item that changes money into one of a hundred different potions. To be released in the future.

On a cool fall day on the Bythan island of Icomont, the burgeoning party had picked up their newest member, 8-year-old Ellyjo. Treating her to a familiar drink of carrot juice at the local tavern, she was unfortunately pranked by another member of the party, who had replaced it with pure syrup. The chaos the Redtail Tavern was met with was legendary as Ellyjo went through her first sugar rush and then sugar crash.

Potion #2 of 100 will release next Thursday, so stay tuned and follow me for more!
