A new #agroforestry system with 3,082 trees was planted in Rhineland-Palatinate as a multi-utilisation system. This was part of the EU-LIFE project ZENAPA and the result of a cooperation between the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park and the Hofgut Neumühle

The field day highlighted the role of municipalities for sustainable land use change in rural areas. 🌱🚜 The event was also supported by Agrargenossenschaft Böhlitz e. G., Geopark Porphyrland, Municipality of Thallwitz, the EU-LIFE project ZENAPA and the FNR project AGROfloW.

Visit of the LIFE monitoring at the project site Hofgut Neumühle educational & experimental centre for livestock farming. IfaS collaborates with this farm on 3 projects, ZENAPA, AGROfloW and AFaktive. Here, new agroforestry systems have been installed. AFaktive will focus on biodiversity monitoring🌳
