Today I took my first proper steps since my surgery! I still need to put 15-20% of my body weight on the zimmer frame but it feels surreal to actually walk down the corridor again (I am so sick of zimmering and crawling! /lh) These 9 weeks have been weird and hard but it's very cool to feel progress

Fun fact: composer Hans Zimmer, #BOTD in 1957, was one of the first faces seen on MTV in 1981. In fact, in THE very first video ever aired on the network: "Video Killed the Radio Star" by The Buggles. Zimmer can be seen playing keyboards in the background.
