I've spent a very embarrassing amount of time trying to tweak the colours of this raven to stand out against black clothes, whyyy

I think the raven contrasts enough now that I can finally see him properly, but wow that was such a battle 🫠

Cecil of House Lanhart. He is the half-brother of Adela. The prince is fond of him which is how he gets away with a lot of his underhanded scheming. He's a bit eccentric but he tries to be a good brother to Adela, despite them not knowing each other well

My newest OCs + current comic I've been working on

This is Lady Adela of House Lanhart! She is a cursed lady who has lived as a monster until she was asked to live an ordinary life. She doesn't know what an ordinary life is. But she has a big crush on a lady knight

Jolene of House Galen is the country's first lady knight! She was pretty much blackmailed into the service of Adela's half-brother where he pushed her into knighthood by tricking the King (which was her dream anyway). She's a left-handed user as well

I saw a raven owner whose raven kept puffing up and she was like, "they only puff up when they like you" so i've made it a point to make this one puff around Joel 😌

A photo of the cover of a quarter page sized zine. Some decorative papers and a beige gel plate print with a grid pattern and scattered circles make up the background. A red three pointed maple leave is in the top center of the page. The title, Brumation, is pasted on top of the leaf. The author's name, charlie t tea, is at the bottom of the page. The text is typed in a typrewriter kind of font. A photo of an inside spread of the zine. The white paper has some circular tea stains on it, and there are some ripped, yellowed pages as background color. There are a couple mushroom and fern stickers as well as a few orange ish yellow ginkgo leaves drawn on the pages. a very dark purple brown maple leaf is pasted on the upper right corner. Some text is typed out and cut and pasted on the pages. The text says, "Brumation: a state of sluggishness, inactivity, or torpor exhibited by reptiles (such as snakes or lizards) during winter or extended periods of low temperature. Brumation is a natural process that allows healthy reptiles handle stressful environmental conditions such as cold temperatures, drought, and/or extended periods of extreme heat." A photo of another two page spread inside the zine. This one features small decorative mushroom papers in a couple corners, a red ink print of a maple leaf in one corner, a few marker drawn seedpods twirling down the page, and a marker drawn horse chestnut as well. There are sage green heart shapes in the center of the page which were printed with heart shaped bubble wrap. Decorative green leaf paper and a scrap of an old yellowed title page of the fall of the house of usher are also in the background. The text scattered on the page says, "perennial plants have periods of dormancy. Some mammals hibernate through winter. Reptiles brumate when it gets cold." A photo of Kira the black cat sitting up on a grey couch in front of a white folding table. The point of view from which this picture was taken is sitting next to Kira on the couch, and she is looking at the camera with a somewhat annoyed expression. Her eyes are greenish yellow and she has a few white furs on her chest. There is a zine in progress sitting on a mat on the table, and if you zoom in you might see a spot of drool on the corner of the zine. There are a couple books and scraps on the table as well as an open laptop. Behind Kira on the couch there are some assorted papers and a blue nintendo switch lite. A pillow and a purple blanket are squished in the very back.
