一般社団法人フラワーライフ振興協議会は2026年9月23日、富山県高岡市の国宝瑞龍寺で10月3日・4日に「北陸芸術祭2026・花心論」を開くと発表しました。山門から仏殿、回廊に花の作品が並び、展示は拝観料（大人500円）だけで見られます。3日には大茶堂でヴァイオリンと花のチャリティーリサイタル（大人3,000円）があります。
