We have this with the 7yo and Zuru toys now.

We’ve told him that the people who own Zuru aren’t “kind” people.

He will look at toys, and if he sees Zuru, he walks away from it.

So he just shrugged and went "yeah I don't like that" and it's never come up since.

If a nine year old (the target audience, remember) can make an ethical choice without needing to endlessly wring his hands over it then I'm not sure why a bunch of adults have such a hard time.

Hey @davidfarrier.com since I know you are a big fan of Zuru I thought I would share what I stood out to me in a recent trip to the Warehouse with my kids about how they market their XSHOT toys
