The year was 2006, and I figured I might become a hill walking type.

I was experimenting to find out who I really was. Guess what, the hill walking didn't really take off.
Bryn stood overlooking the A56 at the large cutting just north east of Accrington about 1 mile before the M65 junction at Hapton. The A56 opened here in 1985.
