Part of the blocker is that it's a BIG spend to convert that ancient abestos-ridden old breeze block unit and sodden, collapsing wooden garage, next to each other. Just pulling them down, and getting a proper base laid will be spendy let alone then getting some new units build in their place.

My hairdresser suggested diaper creme - and I've looked at powders and crèmes for babies, and they do have zinc oxide, so it must be standard to use for diaper rash. When I was a babysitter, I just applied regular baby powder (non-GMO corn powder or talcum powder without abestos).
