endless sphene is an abstaction of the real sphene just like how the 'warrior of light' is an abstraction of the player character of ffxiv and sphene's admiration and desire to uphold the endless sphene's hope is reminiscent of the main character's position in the story atm via ethos/azem

about the abstaction thing, i think its fascinating that you thought about it like that, them being scared of it. because to me their situation was already so dire they were. like. well. reminds me of this braziliam idiom. whats a fart to someone who pooped their pants LOL

The nature abstaction piece came out of the glaze kiln some days ago and I took some nice pics in a photo box. The glazes didn't turn out as exactly as I had hoped, so there's a chance I'm gonna try to reglaze parts of it before the semester ends. Maybe. If there's time. Lol.
