Yes but we should also require masking on the subways. So many immune compromised people cannot ride transit anymore. Accessaride isn’t masked either. There are No options.

- I think my AM accessaride driver asked me out on a beach date, but Im not sure tbh, esp as there was another rider at the end when he seemingly suggested I text or call him. It was weird.

I have had plenty of friendlier convos with folks who drive accessaride, I think that dude was lonely. I think he said his former partner died last year.

I have accessaride + fair fares on that. If I want reduced fare express bus via qualifying disability which hello, I have accessaride, I have to apply & use a different omny card. Its esp annoying bc they give us 4 free daily trips as incentive not to accessaride

Accessaride: Sets my pickup time 1 min later.
Me checks my route this am: Yuppers Im routed with the same co passenger who is dropped off nowhere near me.

speaking of which omg my accessaride driver went off on Mamdani in so many ways but complained that he had spent "14 million" (actually 15) to support trans healthcare. I got the drive in trouble I think

Today the accessaride picked me up, got the other passenger, then drove back past my apartment (15 min after I had been picked up) to get us headed toward Manhattan.
Why couldn't they have picked me up second? These routes make no sense.

It gets esp silly bc I have to buy a passport photo or go to a customer service center (Im weirdly not near one) & hope theyll take a photo and take the whole app without my drs sig on the photo. Mta has a photo of me for accessaride...

I waited on the steps for a bit, then the staff arrived and hosed down the steps and sidewalk and shooed me away until I was supposed to arrive at 7:30. When the staff arrived and said I was early I said I take accessaride - you'd think they'd let me hangout inside

I told a friend of mine some of the things an accessaride driver felt comfortable telling me. He said in Texas people keep those views to their friends and family. Things have changed, even here.
