We're in court today challenging the anti-trans Kansas law that bans trans people from bathrooms that align with their gender on government property, invalidates driver's licenses with updated gender markers, and lets people sue anyone they suspect of violating the law for damages up to $1,000.

So, let’s say block party or shutting down a street for like a parade or event. You are usually going to be limited to time, place and manner restrictions. So denials on the basis of who is applying will result in First amendment violation.

When asshat was elected in 2017, I started donating to Second Harvest, ACLU, Planned Parenthood, and MPR (MN public radio). In 2025, I increased the amounts.
It’s shameful that our country relies heavily on these groups to provide basic services.
