#booksky, I am 75% of the way through ACOWAR, so I’ll probably power through it this week to finish it.
This has to be my favorite ACOTAR book (so far!). There’s a healthy mix of story and spice for me to enjoy it. ACOMAF is a close second.

like 83% through this book already and I’m changing my mind on Eris. I don’t hate him as much because we actually don’t know what his deal is.
still don’t like Tamlin. I really sour on the Inner Court from ACOWAR onwards. the pregnancy storyline annoys me. I’m still Elain/Lucien and Azriel/Gwyn.

Genuinely did not remember 2 of the battles in ACOWAR. I think the events of the final battle hit me so hard, the rest of the war with Hybern just faded from my brain.

I hated ACOWAR (book 3) and didn’t even bother reading ACOFAS (the novella). this should be interesting.

Recently finished a court of sliver flames so here’s a tier list and my rankings of the series
ACOTAR: 4/10: definitely a very start but gets better near the end
ACOMAF: 8/10: a massive improvement to the first book, probably my favorite of the series
ACOWAR: 7/10: very solid third entry

the thing about the acotar series is that it’s addicting (to me). thursday i picked back up acowar after putting it down earlier this spring around 15%? i’m now a few chapters into silver flames. i did not read frost tho you’d have to pay me to reread that one. reading is cool tho

acowar is not good. but i love it 😭 maybe its cause im rereading so it feels comfortable and cozy. it’s not going to be a new personality trait. this book is the worst out of all of them (ok frost is the actual worst but i ignore it and wont be rereading it) but the found family aspect is so nice :/
