wdym first edition racism? didnt Dark Sun first drop in ADnD2?

Or is that the one you're talking about and I missed something? (I don't remember Dark Sun being racist itself, just racism as a thing within he setting)

That may depend on what lore you are reading.
Greyhawk and The Forgotten Realms have some differences when it comes to the exact details of monsters. It depends if you are reading DnD, ADnd2, 3/3.5 or 4, 5 lore. Everything pre 4 was written in Greyhawk, 4/5 being written in the Forgotten Realms

Could I use settings/monsters from adnd2 without changing a lot?

Fantasy Fridays: FOR4 The Code of the Harpers
I used to think I knew what the Harpers were and what they were all about.

#RPGaDay2024 Most recently played
That would have to be my AD&D 2nd Edition one set in the Forgotten Realms with my oldest. We play a little here and there when he gets off of work (usually around 11:00pm to midnight).

Larina Nix and Malcear for Quest of the Ancients
A discussion about obscure RPGs turned our 2nd Ed Forgotten Realms session into a Quest of the Ancients character exploration. Will it replace AD&D 2e for me?
