My colleague Alisha Butler & I received a Spencer Foundation Small Research Grant for our on-going project which looks at educational advocacy & organizing across DC. We'll be presenting initial findings from this study at #AERA2024 🥳

Deeply humbling to be inducted as an #AERA2024 Fellow with so many stellar scholars. And I'm thrilled to be in the same class as luminaries and friends including Lisa Linnenbrink-Garcia, Anastasia Kitsantas, and Susan Yoon! (Susan - so sorry I don't have a picture of us together!)
