Put a post up the other day of a panorama with expired chemicals and weird colours, and it reminded me of Aerochrome film, so I’ve decided to Aerochrome-process the arse out of a load of other photos

Visited the Leu Gardens in Orlando over the weekend. It's not aerochrome, but that might be why I like it even more.

That’s impressive! I’ve always wanted to try that, but Aerochrome is so expensive that I’ve had to go the trichromatic way instead.

Great results. I have yet to try trichrome IR. I used to use Aerochrome when it was available. I have a few images that I should post here when I dig them out.

Day 12: I've always fancied trying a couple of rolls of Kodak Aerochrome. As that's unlikely to ever happen I'll make do with Lomochrome Purple or using Joshua Bird's method on film or digital.

I'm not entirely sure! They designed the IR chrome filter to emulate a very specific Kodak film stock.

i would love to explore refining the actual simulation more for aerochrome looks but you get pretty damn close with the kodak CCD im using and portra 800’s spectral data that it’s inessential imo
