Uncanny valley wise, i honestly think the original has always been a bit uncanny valley to begin with, maybe not in aestetics - or not mostly, looking at you scultula curses 😂 - but as much as its not what everyone expected im loving the how it is different yet to me it is still very OoT

Still listening to that liveplay Pokémon ttrpg and I have to say my favorite moments are def this one player that catches and uses stuff outside of thier preferred aestetics.

The 30k IG work really well if you're going for a voidsuited kind of aesthetic, their more retrofuture weapons hit knight aestetics well too

I am personally probably as neutral on this as it is possible to be as I think outside the planes themselves, and the game engine, there is little of deep or enduring value in Magic's aestetics, especially compared to actually developed stories and universes.

Atlyss looks like it has MMO style mechanics, but with more 3rd-person action gameplay, not sure if you'll mesh with the aestetics though.

I very much liked the whole aestetics, because it sends me back into my 20s, which were the #90s and this stuff were everywhere. I am back at my parents living room, where I spent too much of my weekends with them, when I could have chased my dreams or whatever.
