It's now past 5pm w/ no word from the Court. But remember, mifepristone is still approved. It'll be harder to get, but, but providers in shield law states may still test the waters by shipping mife; AidAccess still ships to all 50 states, and misoprostol alone can be used for medication abortions
Alito's administrative stay on the 5th Circuit mifepristone ruling - that would restore in-person dispensing requirements, stopping the drug from being mailed - lifts at 5 pm ET
