Fun fact: Wir hatten mal eine japanische Aikidoka (japanische Kampfkunst) im Dojo und die hat am Ende des Trainings alle durchknetet und sagte dabei immer wieder ärgerlich „alles Käse“.

This is our children’s head instructor at the Shobukandojo.org - Jose Antonio. I trained Jose. Jose is now a Sandan (3rd degree black belt) His gift to my niece was allowing her to fold his hakama w/ him- an honor bestowed to competent Aikidoka. My heart has opened like a lily blooms in a pond. 💙🪷
