I took time to focus on art fundamentals before drawing aitw and it was 10000% worth it to be able to draw faster while using less reference. Also there are some themes that I am VERY glad to be writing about at 31 instead of 22, when i first wanted to start aitw 😂

And we've hit 10k in less than a week after! Turns out there was a little pop-up recommendation section that AitW showed up in. Thanks canvas team!

sometimes i get self conscious about how blatantly 2010's tumblr/pinterest aitw is but alas i cannot escape the fact that i am a millenial. are we not all put on this planet as artists to fulfill our cringe teen and college fantasies

heads up that the next few aitw updates will be delayed! my buffer completely ran out due to other conflicting work-related priorities, and the current chapter has a lot of detail... man, i hate drawing flowers 😂 but i want it to look good!

whenever people say that aitw either doesn't update often enough or the updates are too short (i've been experimenting between short biweekly updates or long monthly ones), i just tell them you can only pick one 😂 sorry, i'm just one person!

Yikes, I'm about to sleep but when I get up tomorrow morning I'll have to see if anything like this has happened w AitW since they have promoted it a few times in the past. I don't think I'll delete my comic from there yet but I'll hold off on updating there for the time being.
