Join Rob McConnell on The 'X' Zone Radio/TV Show as he welcomes Jason Quitt, author, metaphysical researcher, spiritual teacher and self-described experiencer of extraordinary out-of-body phenomena, for a fascinating journey into astral travel, extraterrestrial encounters, mysterious entities, alternate dimensions and the unexplored mysteries of human consciousness. For more than two decades, Quitt has immersed himself in the study of ancient mystical traditions, meditation, energy practices, shamanism and the possibility that human awareness extends beyond the physical body. His interest in the extraordinary began with unusual experiences involving sleep paralysis, vivid perceptions and what he describes as encounters with beings that appeared to exist outside ordinary physical reality.Rather than dismissing these experiences, Quitt began exploring the phenomenon known as astral projection, a practice whose followers believe consciousness can separate from the physical body and travel through other locations, dimensions or planes of existence.According to Quitt, his experiences eventually developed into increasingly elaborate journeys involving strange environments, unusual intelligences and encounters that challenged his understanding of space, time and reality.Following his graduation from the Institute of Energy Wellness in 2005, Quitt continued studying spiritual traditions and energy practices. Since 2010, he has taught and lectured on subjects including astral projection, meditation, mysticism and Qi Gong.He is the author of several books, including Astral Genesis: Astrological Keys to the Gods, Egyptian Postures of Power, Gates of the Anunnaki and Astral Experiences. He also collaborated with the late investigative journalist Bob Mitchell on Forbidden Knowledge: Revelations of a Multi-Dimensional Time Traveler.Through his writings, Quitt examines connections between ancient civilizations, sacred symbolism, consciousness and what he believes may be hidden dimensions of reality. But perhaps the most extraordinary aspects of his work concern his reported encounters with nonhuman entities.Quitt describes experiences involving shadowy figures, unusual humanoid beings, alienlike intelligences and entities that appear to operate according to rules very different from those governing everyday human existence. Some of his accounts involve beings resembling the extraterrestrials described in UFO literature, while others concern entities that he believes may originate from entirely different dimensions or states of consciousness.Could some reported alien encounters actually be experiences occurring within altered states of awareness rather than physical encounters aboard spacecraft? This possibility introduces a fascinating connection between UFO research, sleep paralysis, lucid dreaming, astral projection and the study of consciousness.Quitt also explores the idea that the ancient Egyptians and other early civilizations may have preserved spiritual practices intended to expand human awareness. His work with Egyptian postures and meditation reflects his belief that certain physical movements and mental disciplines can influence personal energy and consciousness.Another compelling aspect of his research concerns the possibility of multidimensional intelligence. If consciousness can experience environments that seem separate from physical reality, could some of the beings reported by experiencers represent independent intelligences? Or might these encounters arise from dreams, memory, neurological processes and the extraordinary creative capabilities of the human brain?Although out-of-body experiences and sleep paralysis are genuine experiences studied by psychologists and neuroscientists, there is no reliable scientific evidence establishing that consciousness literally leaves the body, travels to other dimensions or communicates with extraterrestrial entities during astral projection.Nevertheless, these experiences continue to fascinate researchers because they reveal how complex and mysterious human perception can be.

Researcher and author Preston Dennett presents three extensive onboard UFO encounter narratives involving a Norwegian man, a lifelong Texas experiencer, and two American Indian teenagers who reported being examined alongside their horses. The accounts describe telepathic communication, advanced medical and engineering procedures, emotional bonds with non-human intelligences, and long-term physical and psychological aftereffects that witnesses interpret as evidence of an organized extraterrestrial presence and program.

Part two of this perplexing encounter I have having to record this in chunks because the IDIOT next door knows I am recording and is hitting the wall with a lump hammer.
