After 4 months of PRs, Rust now has a complete I/O module in alloc, and most of one in core. Hopefully a stabilization PR could even be accepted before the end of the year, who knows!

Le parallèle entre gel du barème de l'IR et gel des prestations et dire "il faut que tout le monde contribue" est trompeur:
Le gel des minima (RSA, AAH...), alloc familiales & logement affecte bien + le niveau de vie des ménages modestes que le gel de l'IR n'affecte les ménages moyens et sup
