I'm anti-AI over here. That won't happen. They're ven offering us courses to incorporate AI into our class planifications. No way! I want my classes to be mine. And i don't trust the plagiarizing allucinating machine.

Here's the thing: Sometimes with colloquialisms, you cut your losses and take the win you can. We're still calling ALL cartoons that happen to be from Japan "ANIME" like it's a genre unto itself for *no reason* because at least that's better than "JAPANIMATION" in an 'oriental' font at Blockbuster 🤷♂️
...the argument, which I'm (overall) in alignment with, pragmatically, is that if the battle over whether the public will like or hate "AI" or not is lost (it is, people are anti-AI, it's the companies' fault); the "good AI's" should return to rebranding as "LLMs" in order to still be embraced
