Finally a great use for ALPRs.
Personally I am unfamiliar with any legitimate activity that requires switching license plates, which by the way is illegal.

Switching from Flock ALPRs to Axon ALPRs does nothing to address the public’s discontent, EFF’s @mguariglia.bsky.social told @newsnation.bsky.social: The “dangers that you were concerned about are still going to be there.”
