Gunther is a legitimate wrestler, the ego of Goldberg is significantly larger then his wrestling ability. He was a good entertainer in his time but to suggest he has anything to pass onto an althlete of Gunthers calibre is insulting

I'm sure I can take rapid occasionally but think I might shake the insulin as well as a type 2 can.
The damage has already happened to my eyes, kidneys and my frozen feet.
Lots of regret going from althlete to sloth.

I honestly don't know that I can listen to this. I know we can't close our eyes to the cruelty, but I am tearing up just reading the summary. This young man a ukrainian althlete was disqualified by a dispicable ioc committee for wearing a helmet with images of fellow ukrainian athletes killed in the war RUSSIA ALONE caused. It's not a political statement. It's lost fellow athletes senselessly gone. A tribute to them. Shame on ioc 👏 to him

In January 2025, LAD 70%+ blockage needed stent. Lucky to be alive.
I am a healthy althlete continuing to learn how to live with Long COVID.
I was already using zone 2 very low impact activity to help avoid vascular damage from LC.
