Los edificios de fachada plana de vidrio + Alucobond, llenos de monoambientes de 12m² "para inversión" invivibles matan barrios sin prisa ni pausa.

En teoría el alucobond debería estar relleno de mineral no inflamable y deberían haber "cortafuegos". Parece ser que lo rellenaron de manera continua con poliuretano altamente inflamable.

Yo iba leyendo los comentarios de un compañero que está en UK y allí no paran de rehabilitar de urgencia edificios con las fachadas de la Torre Grenfell. Pero no parecía SATE en los vídeos y fotos. Parecía composite o alucobond, pero esa propagación tan rápida. Hasta dar con este peritaje.

Interessanterweise kostet rein auf den Quadratmeter gesehen normales Fassadenmaterial (Platten etc) mittlerweile mehr als PV Module. So gesehen kostet eine PV Fassade dann nicht mehr mehr Geld pro m2 als eine mit HPL Platten oder vergleichbarem. Alucobond ist noch deutlich teurer als HPL.

La teoría está muy bien pero si no se construye bien, pasa lo que pasa.

Lo que han comentado es que debajo del Alucobond el edificio estaba revestido de poliuretano, hasta se han visto fotos de hace unos años cuando algunas placas saltaron por el viento. Se ha comentado que la normativa que obliga a que el revestimiento sea ignífugo es de 2019 y el edificio es anterior.

new set up - i am not much of a work-from/home person - but when I do I make it special. the large print is Vero 3 - printed 5x5ft, satin finish UV layer mounted over alucobond. So it’s nice flat sharp. very clean. I love the contrast with the white painted 1960s cinder block walls.

Respeto a las fachadas una fachada ventilada con paneles sería mucho más barata que con piedra, cerámica alucobond o similar, solo tendrían que fabricar paneles con tamaños más modulables
