Today's Fuck AI digital art practice.
One of the characters from 'Her Pride' which is currently going through edits. It's rough, better than I would have been able to do two weeks ago. I've lots to learn about digital shading!

Today's Fuck AI digital art practice.
Drawing faces... background is a blue-grey so I can use the artshield protection (yes I'm using anti AI measures even though my art is very rough).
Drawn in Clip Studio Paint on my phone.

Digital face drawing practice. Light blue-gray background, woman's face and neck, or might be androgynous.

"Oak Twain, Bradgate Park". Yet to decide if this is finished. But it was a joy to work on the patterned ferns & leafall in the foreground this morning. Oil pastels are my favourite medium for colour. ##AmDrawing ##Trees 🎨 🖍 🪾 🍂
A split oak is picked out in purple tones with orange leaves against a turquoise sky and lime green fields. In foreground, ferns & fallen leaves are heaped in pinks, reds, oranges & maroon with cobalt blue shadows. Some of these colours are teased out in the battered trunk & foliage too.

My fuck AI practice - first one on my phone.
Couldn't hold the tablet today, could hold the phone.
Still very very rough, eyes and horns need work, but better than AI any day.
Sketched in clip studio paint.

Today's Fuck AI digital art practice - landscape this time, WIP, and I'll hopefully finish it off tomorrow. Painted in clip studio paint on a small tablet.

#amdrawing #digitalart #clipstudiopaint #landscapeart
Digital painting of a forest, the trees currently don't have leaves on them, and the painting is focused on the trunks. Mostly browns, greens, and grey colors used on the trees. Largest tree is to the left and in the foreground, so that one is more detailed. This is a work in progress.

Today's Fuck AI digital art practice in Clip Studio Paint.
I can see issues with one eye being the wrong size, and I need to practice more on drawing male lips.
But a little closer to the idea I have for the non-human males in the current WIP.

A purple sticky note on a granite (?) counter. Pen drawing by InkablyBean of a bat, with large ears and eyes, and a pointy nose. They smile, and are doing a hand heart in front of them. The hand heart is of questionable quality, Bean really needs to swallow their pride and start using references, but it’s recognizable.

And Fuck AI my digital art practice. Took time to try out Clip Studio Paint, which does have reference forms I can use.
New to me program and I'm learning what brushes work for me, how it reacts, etc.

Another morning on 'Oak Twain' drawing, working up colours & textures with oil pastels. Sometimes I like to draw an object face-on to play with that flatness vs aerial perspective in distance. Lkg fwd to adding vibrant patterns of ferns & grasses at front & deeper shadows. 🌿 🌳 🎨 🖌 #AmDrawing #Trees
A mature oak drawn in pinks & purples with a deeply cleft trunk. It's remaining leaves are picked out in orange tones against a bright blue sky. Beyond a fence, fields stretch away to orange moorland.

Today's Fuck AI practice. Drawing people is hard, as in swear at the tablet and swear again. This one was without using the Loomis method, so eyeballing it.
Ug, so many things wrong but only going to learn if I keep trying.

*giggles happily* okay so maybe my evening edible is aiding the giggles -- I just found where the extra brushes (outside of the basic ones) are stored on sketchbook...

oh, I'm going to have fun fun fun.

Well, it's not brilliant, but it's not AI slop either, and I can continue to learn and improve with each new piece. I can see a hundred things I did wrong here, and I'm not going to let it stop me from trying again.

Early stage "Oak Twain" drawing. Today's topic was using negative space in drawing & tutor showed us some wonderful treescapes by Annie Ovenden & Mondrian. So I want to stylise this one with bright oil pastels. First up, blue sky patches. ✍️ 🌳 🖍 ##AmDrawing #Trees
Sketch of large oak tree with split trunk using compressed charcoal for outlines. Oil pastels used to pick out patches of turquoise sky between gnarly branches shapes. Drawn onto beige sugar paper. Another F AI attempt, first digital piece I've done in years and I need to relearn the art apps (SketchBook in this case, along with others), but I'm still pushing forward.
Chapter 4, scene 2- and drawing hands STILL sucks!
Practice, practice, and more practice.
