The Edmonton Corn Maze has officially opened for the 2026 season, marking its 26th year of operation. Despite delays caused by adverse weather conditions—including excessive rain and a hailstorm—the maze is now open to visitors. Owner Jesse Kraay noted that while the corn growth was slower than usual due to the weather, the attraction remains fully operational with its centennial-themed design celebrating the Alberta Motor Association’s 100th anniversary. The maze features an airplane, tow truck, house, and other symbols representing a century of 'helping Albertans explore.' Additional activities include giant jumping pillows, a train ride, farmyard games, mini golf, and farm animals. The corn maze is located on Highway 627/Garden Valley Road, about 10 minutes west of Edmonton. Summer hours run Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., with special extended hours for Labour Day (Sept. 7) and National Truth & Reconciliation Day (Sept. 30).
