I finally finished this cane. I love the copper in the cracks — green aventurine, carnelian, malachite chips, lapis lazuli, snowflake obsidian, and a couple of amethysts so deep you can't hardly tell they're purple.

The Star, Asexual - A marker, ink, and paint pen, and photocopy of my original drawing of the tarot card The Star, (done 6/11/25, with no background), drawn in the asexual (ace) flag colours (black, grey, white and purple). I wanted to add a background, but was not sure how it would turn out, so I printed out a copy of the original to experiment. This was finished exactly a year later, 6/11/26. The octopus is purple, wearing a top hat tilted to the left, with the crown done in the ace flag colours, and a black brim. The octopus is holding a large fluorescent yellow star in their front tentacles/arms, and they are holding a purple-grey pitcher up with another right arm, so that water flows out and over the right corner of the card title, The Star, hand-drawn at the bottom of the image. The title is purple letters edged in gold, with a purple border. The background is a pink and purple nebula at the bottom, and stars at the top on a background of purple-black space. The number of the card (17) is at the top right hand corner of the image, done in the ace flag colours in Roman numerals. A white crow wearing a black top hat and goggles is standing on the pitcher, facing left. The octopus is wearing grey goggles decorated with gold six-pointed stars around each eye piece. There are seven large stars throwing six light points scattered within the nebula. The Star represents hope, inspiration, and a prosperous future. The pouring water denotes creativity, the seven stars, the cardinal virtues (kindness, empathy, generosity, friendship, love, humour, and dependability)*, and the white bird, peace. The drawing is 6.75 inches by 8 inches. *You choose your cardinal virtues, I choose mine. =) A marker, ink, and paint pen drawing of a frog mecha, decorated with amethysts and gold. The colour of the frog is purple and yellow-green, yellow in the highlights, purple in the shade, like double shot silk. The frog mecha is facing left, built in the shape of a U.S. Eastern Narrow-mouthed toad (it feels more frog-like, though), in profile, seen slightly from above. The center back seam is studded with two rows of amethysts, three on each panel, ten articulated panels making up the body. The head comes to a point at the nose, with gold-rimmed nostrils, and pink glowing eyes. The frog is on a light green featureless plain, under a starry sky, with a pale greenish-yellow moon partially visible top right. The shadow of the mecha is deep purple. Above the mecha is a deep-blue night sky filled with stars, with a constellation of stars picked out in the shape of a frog, with arms and legs with three toes. Below the mecha is decorative silver lettering on dark purple that reads “The Frog Constellation”. A marker, ink, and paint pen cartoon of my OCs The Watchers, interdimensional twin hooded robed creatures with no visible faces (it is entirely possible they don’t have faces, or even bodies, and are just sentient hooded robes). Their hoods have bumps like there are mouse ears underneath. Their robes are tan, and both have red dragon wings and gold horns. The left Watcher is wearing a fancy black and red corset top and a purple spiky vertical halo. They are considerably taller than the right Watcher, which is odd, because they are normally slightly shorter (The Watchers are variable in size, but the other one is always taller). Right Watcher’s hood is looking up at the left Watcher, and they are saying “You’re wearing platform heels under your robe, aren’t you, short stack?” in a silver edged speech bubble. Left Watcher replies “Maybe.” in a gold edged speech bubble. (Actually, the Left Watcher is wearing stilts. And a crinoline, because it’s pretty.) A marker, ink, and paint pen drawing of The Empress in my octopus tarot. She is a purple octopus with large eyes (orange yellow edge around a round black shiny pupil, looking at the viewer with eyelids half-closed), wearing a Genderfluid Pride (magenta, white, purple, black, blue) striped Victorian riding hat decorated with a veil and a large pale pink ribbon hatband tied in the back with a big bow. There are brown gold-studded goggles on the ribbon of the hat band. The hat has a delicate net veil pulled down over her face; the net is spangled with 12 large glowing yellow abstract stars representing the zodiac signs. The stars are reflected in the lenses of the goggles on her hat. She is sitting on a dark pink and green stripe patterned floor cushion, and there are green, pink, red, and purple patterned and tasseled cushions propped up behind her. A heavy gold curtain with a pink curtain tie is pulled to the right behind the cushions, and there is a plain grey wall behind the curtain. In her front arms are a sheaf of glowing yellow wheat (right), and a pink, blue and gold patterned lace fan (left). The number of the card (3) is drawn in pink Roman numerals on the left upper corner, on the gold curtain. Below the image is a five stripe border in the Genderfluid Pride colours with ‘The Empress’ lettered in magenta pink lined with bright pink on the middle purple stripe. The Empress card represents abundance. This can represent abundance of creativity, or tangible abundance. While the card is named in the feminine form, the card is not necessarily associated with female energy. Genderfluid is gender identity and/or expression that is not binary. People may change their identity over time, or may simply move between genders as they feel. All expressions of fluidity are valid.
