This Blue Angel 2x10” combo was sold as bubinga, but I am starting to wonder if it is actually my old friend imbuia. Very dark and beautiful either way. #whatsthatwood?

I’ve been doing a deep dive on Mesa circuit board features and etching colors and version numbers via text with a random Craigslist stranger that is also a Mesa dork. What am I becoming?!

One is upgraded with the factory III+/IIIC+ mod, R2 Volume mod, and a Pentode/Triode Switch. #mesaboogie #markIII #ampporn...

Tube party! This is the good stuff, vintage Jan-Philips/Sylvania 6CA7 EL34s and 6L6GCs. Also known as Mesa Boogie STR-415s and STR-416s. Look at ‘em there, pretty maids all in row. #guitaramps #amp #amps #tubes #ampporn #sylvania #6l6 #el34 #mesaboogie #vacuumtube

Here's a cool little cab that you don't see very often. A Daedalus S-81 in walnut with 5" and 8" drivers. There's a built-in crossover and an adjustable ramp that allows you to lean back the cab if you'd like. Made in Washington and very nice! #ampporn #walnut #hardwood #speakercabinet #guitaramp...
