Visit Salah at Cafe Aouba in the morning 30 Rue d'Aligre, 75012. There are more 3rd wave coffee shops than you could possibly explore. Stick to 9, 10, 11, 2, 3, & 4. We all have our favorites; but this not-quite current list can get you started;
