Dans le même temps on augmente les frais d'inscription pour les non européens, augmente les visas et leur supprime les APLs. En face on met le repas à 1 euro. Les boursiers et étudiants internationaux dans le besoin qui utilisaient ce dispositif avant ne peuvent plus prendre deux repas

J'ai le souvenir d'une autre note de la même époque faisant l'étude spécifiquement sur les APLs. Je la retrouve pas dans l'instant.

C'est l'aspect cumulatif qui est ici une belle saloperie. Plein d'étudiants pensaient qu'il suffisait d'avoir 615 euros par mois pour vivre dignement en France, clairement le message envoyé n'était pas réaliste... Mais au moins il y avait les APLs.

C'est pas exactement sur le compte bancaire et beaucoup moins scandaleux que la suppression des APLs ou l'augmentation des taxes sur les titres de séjour.
