In Solution Nine, Sphene (seen in silhouette) stands in front of Apollo, who is dressing considerably more femme than usually, in a tight pink leather dress and matching gloves; the gloves are *very* long and the dress is *very* short. His hair is cut longer and is dyed a vibrant blonde, and he's wearing pink lipstick. He's got one hand on his hip while the other is holding a purple lollipop. > Apollo: Omigosh! Hiiii, gemstone! I've been looking ALL over for you! Hey, have you tried these lollipops? They're, like, SO good and they're just GIVING them away! You should try one!

Logically, I understand that peak Aoisphene was in 2024, because that was what inspired the original incarnation of Apollene and the dome AU and that was late 2024.

Emotionally, it feels like you just told me your typewriter tastes funny. That can't be true... It was only a few months ago...

Sphene's always been a little jealous of folks with Miqo'te partners who go into heat - a trait not shard by Nhalmasquen Miqo'te.

Luckily, she has a friend who can help!

1. Sphene in the Backrooms, furrowing her brow at a gold and yellow bottle in her hands, given to her by Honey B. Lovely. > Sphene (thinking): Thunderous heavens, this tastes nasty... I just hope it's as effective as Honey said it was. 2. Apollo approaches from behind, laying a hand on Sphene's shoulder and smiling softly at her, as she too smiles up at him. > Apollo: Hey, gemstone! Didn't realize you were staying down here so late. Working on any importa-- 3. A close-up of Apollo's face as, while Sphene looks up at him with some confusion, Apollo's expression turns to surprise as his iris dilate to an absurd degree. He's gotten a status debuff; + Pheromones. > Sphene: Apollo? You okay? > Apollo: Y-yeah, I'm fine, it's just... Woah... Did... Did it just get really hot in here? 4. Apollo has down pinned Sphene to the table, the bottle of Honey's pheromones discarded as he's bending over her and hovering near her neck, holding her wrists tight so she can't escape. Sphene, for her part (with the debuff + So Horny She Might Pass Out) is grinning wildly, looking practically orgasmic already. > Apollo: I... I c-can't... I'm sorry, I can't s-stop... > Sphene: No, no, don't stop... Oh, gods! Don't stop!

If your partner is noticeably shorter than you are, it's important to know how exactly to interact with them so they may feel safe and secure in their shortness.

HOW TO TALK TO SHORT PEOPLE ❌ INCORRECT An image of Sphene and Apollo, wearing Eorzean garb. Apollo is petting Sphene on the head, and she looks mildly annoyed by this. ✅ CORRECT An image of Apollo, now in a sports bra and boxer shorts, looking up at Sphene with a soft smile as she lifts his chin up with her index finger.

1. Minfilia (in her Oblivion uniform) and Sphene (in a black t-shirt) are in a Solution Nine apartment. Minfilia is looking at Sphene with some manner of concern, while Sphene - holding a blue glass bottle - is looking back over her shoulder without a care in the world. > Minfilia: Sphene? Are you sure you want to go on a date after taking a dose of aether suppressant? From what Raha said, that draught seems rather... potent. > Sphene: Oh, don't you worry, Minfi. I've been on a lot of medicines for my levin sickness before. Besides, worst case scenario, Apollo carries me back to the apartment and feeds me soup. > Minfilia: ...Apollo's "get well soon" soup *is* to die for, frankly... I suppose you would know your body's reactions to this sort of thing better than I would, anyways. 2. At some kind of outdoor restaurant in Alexandria, we see a view from over Apollo's shoulder as he looks at Sphene, who is completely zooted with an expression that is nothing short of completely inscrutable, her eyes scrunched together like someone who just lost their glasses as she stares off into the distance. > Apollo: ...Gemstone? You doing okay? You look a little... out of it. > Sphene: Yeah, just... how... how can the sun be real if trees keep eating it? Is there... like... two suns? No, that can't be right... If there were two suns, we'd all have sunburn, right?

Sphene is holding a sword in Necron's visage, while Apollo holds a spear. > System Monitor: Warning. Regulator connection disabled. Terminal overload detected. Control of the summoned entity has been disrupted. 2. A close-up of Sphene, looking down at Calyx with a very neutral expression as Necron speaks through her. > Necron: Greetings... 3. A close-up of Apollo, as he too is looking down at Calyx with a neutral glance and letting Necron speak through him. > Necron: ...and goodbye.

Apollo and Sphene in their house, kneeling down on the floor. Both are staring vacantly and smiling at a glowing pink pendulum, their own eyes blank and pink-tinted as they give a dopey smile towards the object of their fixation. The pendulum itself as well as both their heads are encompassing in a hypnotic pink glow, and the world overall appears to be tinted pink. Around their heads are spirals of text repeating "don't think just sink". Apollo is wearing a stereotypical maid's dress, while Sphene is wearing a cute butler suit.

His one visible eye is glowing red. In front of him is the vampire hunter Sphene, nervously kneeling, her arm wrapped around one of Apollo's legs as she leans against it. Her expression is somewhat somber and worried, but her eyes are red, with one having a faint glow, and a trail of blood is dripping down her chin. A shot, in black, white, and red, from in front of the gate to a manor in a dark, foggy forest. Apollo - a vampire in black, red, and gold armor, with a rose-shaped eyepatch over one eye and a spiky spear on his back - is smiling with ravenous delight at Sphene - a young vampire hunter in practical clothing, holding a crossbow. Apollo is holding Sphene's head with one hand while pushing away the crossbow with the other. Sphene is limply trying to push away the hand holding her head with her free hand. A close-up of Apollo's face, his vampiric teeth on full display. A reverse shot, showing Sphene's terrified yet enraptured expression. A close-up of Sphene, getting a better angle of her face.
