Can someone help; I am trying to switch to iMessage from Whatsapp with some people. They have an up to date iPhone, iMessage is on on both phones (and works for me with many other users) yet it keeps sending texts, not iMessages. Any ideas?

macOS users, if you've ever wondered why Finder seems to arbitrarily go between "stop" copying and "skip" duplicates when you have duplicates, you can TOGGLE this by holding the option key down. I really wish Apple surfaced this stuff better. www.reddit.com/r/applehelp/...
