if the video is 5 seconds long and silent it's an old WAN; if it's 8 with decent audio, probably LTX 2.X. if it's 10s up to 27s, it's probably H3, and they're probably avoiding speech because the voices are distinctively robotic. saw one whose profile said she had vocal apraxia. mmhmm sure.

He’s pleased to “announth”?!? Are his dentures loose or is this apraxia at work?

Difficulty pronouncing or saying words in dementia is usually a sign of a language or speech disorder called aphasia or apraxia of speech, often linked to damage in the left hemisphere or frontal and temporal lobes of the brain.

being semi-verbal Autistic means that I have to confront, name and navigate a layer of epistemic abuse that fully verbal Autistics don't experience.

my apraxia is relentlessly abused by "professionals".

apraxia feels like the mirrorverse of dyspraxia: both involve chaotic excess cognition and unreliable connectivity but one has a filter and the other does not; it's much easier to identify dyspraxia than apraxia

internal phenomena (e.g. dyslogia, apraxia) are underrepresented in literature but can be identified by deduction and described via superlexithymia and neologizing

I have systematized the Autistic and ADHD co-morbid traits into a spreadsheet.

Via semantic deduction, underrepresented phenomena can be named.

When individuals with dementia make random noises while talking, it is usually a clinical symptom known as vocalizations or a form of apraxia of speech. This most commonly occurs as the disease progresses into the moderate-to-severe stages.

The Savage Sundown Sauce that they're slipping into his Dementia Infusions IS taking it's toll. Trump's incrementally more scattered & less jazzed. The sooner he enters the McConnell/Reagan Zombie Zone the better. Aphasia, Apraxia, Agnosia please. Susie Wiles says Trump has a lot of these...

An internet search about this “thigh tapping” behaviour suggests it is a phenomenon associated with “Gait Apraxia,” a motor planning deficit where the brain loses the ability to tell the legs how to sequence a step.

And, yes, gate apraxia is a common symptom of dementia.

Aphasia, Apraxia, Agnosia please. Susie Wiles says Trump has a lot of these. Is the Savage Sundown Sauce they slip into his dementia infusions what makes his hands blue? It may make him jazzed for rallies, but does it speed his decline & make him surly? Is Musk offering 'K' for the come down?

My impression is that most professionals who reject these methods out of hand don’t believe apraxia exists & readily presume incompetence. So they don’t care about improving access to AAC, because they think many nonspeakers fundamentally lack the need, right, and/or capacity to use language at all.

I explained the young woman that one of the speakers at the Stanford Neurodiversity Summit talking about apraxia said that communication and being understood is necessary for belonging.

Aphasia, Apraxia, Agnosia please. Susie Wiles says Trump has a lot of these. Have the Dr.'s told him his IQ increases as the animals in the Dementia test get bigger? DO wonder if they're charting his drift from reality. Is it now a tiny dot in the distance? Sundowning sooner each day. As we wait...
